Having a baby in the house is so challenging and so sweet at the same time. In all the sweetness and chaos, it’s easy to get a little stir crazy in between all those feedings, diaper changes and snuggles.
Getting out of the house once in awhile can do wonders for mama’s health. You can meet other new moms and dads, build relationships, and help strengthen the bond between you and your babe.
We’ve rounded up five fun activities that you can do with your little one and the benefits of each.
Growing Brilliant in Rocklin has a brilliant babies class for ages 0–1 years old. Parents and babies participate in sensory play, music, movement, baby sign language, and social interaction. Multiple class times are available. Visit their website for more information.
