Our employee referral program works like this:
- Refer someone to work with us! Once training is complete and they have started teaching lessons you will receive a $25 credit toward swim lessons.
- After they have completed 90 days of employment, you will receive another $25 credit toward swim lessons.
We are currently hiring instructors and have summer and year-round positions available. We provide all training and offer advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment with good standing. Part-time shifts are available Morning (9:00am – 2:30pm) and afternoon (2:00pm – 8:00pm). We offer a steady schedule and pay starting at $12/hour depending on experience.
