Adjusted Procedures
We have been hard at work and have re-opened our facility and are excited to welcome our swimmers back to swim lessons!
The health and safety of our staff and customers is the most important thing to us. Please read through this information carefully to see the modifications we have made and how you can help keep everyone safe.
Missed Lesson Policy
Please keep your child home if they have a fever, are showing any symptoms of being sick or someone in the household has tested positive for Covid-19. All missed lessons will be awarded with a Family Swim Pass. To receive a family swim pass you must notify the office of your absence before your lesson by filling out this form.
Substitute Teachers
We are also asking our staff to take extra caution and to stay home if they are presenting any symptoms or have a fever. Please be patient with us when your child has a substitute teacher.
Sanitation of Our Facility
Our staff is arriving early every morning to sanitize the facility along with regular cleaning rotations throughout the day.
Pool System
Properly balanced pool chemicals will kill viruses in water. All of our water passes through a UV light system that provides additional sanitation.
Reduced Occupancy
To reduce crowding we are asking that only one adult per family attend lessons when possible.
Social Distancing
We ask that there is one family per sitting area. Do not share benches or sitting areas and keep your family together as much as possible. We are asking that only one adult bring the swimmer(s) to lessons to keep our occupancy low.
If you get to lessons early, please wait in your car until it is close to your swim time and don’t linger after the lesson is over. We can’t wait to see all of our families but we must maintain social distancing at this time.
We have also re-modeled our changing area. It can fit two swimmers at a time. Please respect these ratios at this time.
Face Coverings
To help ensure the health of our staff and customers, we ask that a face covering is worn inside the closed tent or office.
Gate Assignment
We have assigned teachers to a specific gate every day. As you enter the facility by the wooden deck there will be a sign showing which teachers are at each gate. We have also opened a third gate that is located on the wooden deck. Please ensure your swimmer is ready by their assigned gate at the start of their lesson.
Goggles and Personal Items
We will be temporarily removing all shared goggles from the pool deck, so please make sure to bring a pair if your swimmer requires them. Also make sure to take home all personal items as we will not be able to store lost and found items at this time.
